Accommodation

This page lists a few links to make it easier for you to find an accommodation to suit your requirements and your budget. At several places, you may have better rates by sharing a common room with other people. Let us know in the registration form whether you would like we put you in touch with other participants having the same request. However, we cannot handle your bookings.

Hostels

Sleep Well [prices] is a hostel conveniently located nearby the “Grand Place”. To go to the meeting, the easier is to take the underground at De Brouckère station towards Hermann-Debroux and get off at Delta (about 13 mins later).

Bed & breakfast (“chambre d'hôte”)

Brussels offers a variety of bad & breakfast. Many of them are listed on the site Bed & Brussels. Select “ULB” in the “Next to:” selector to have those closer to the conference and “Center” to have those close to the “Grand Place”. Beware however that the ULB has several campuses in the city. The meeting will take place at the “Campus de la plaine”. Another site is Visit Brussels. Some reviews of previous travallers may be found on vinivi (in French).

Hotels

Here are 3 hotels we have worked with in the past and that are of good quality. They all are centrally located. To go to the meeting, the easier is to take the underground at “De Brouckère” station (see below) towards Hermann-Debroux and get off at Delta (about 13 mins later).

We also recommend the following hotels which have both good price and location though they are not on the metro line of the university. One change is required.
